stress...

I know stress isnt good for my little one, but lately all im doing is crying. I had to put my dog down yesterday that ive had for my entire life, today i started crying over my boyfriend calling some stupid actress cute and now i cant stop comparing myself to her, im struggling to graduate high school because im on bedrest for preterm labor. I dont know what to fricken do to relax myself anymore and stop beating myself up...

Its all normal and hormones. I know it is extremely hard but try focusin on u and the baby and nothing else. Take long showers, pamper yourself with manicure or pedicure, go buy yourself something or treat yourself to something. You're not alone we all go through with that.

Lol im 26 weeks and i got put on bedrest a week ago and im already goin crazy. I dnt think your baby will suffer cuz of your emotions. I think all pregnant ppl are extremely emotional in their own way. Jus be glad ur one that crys and is not a crazy b**ch lol

Lol yeah. How far along are you? Ive been on bedrest since 21 weeks and im now almost 29. Yeahh hormones are definately kicking my butt, im just worried my baby is gonna suffer cuz of my crazy emotions :/

I totally understand how you feel. Im on bedrest for preterm labor and dnt kno what to do with myself. I get jealous when he seems to have fun without me. i cry alot too. I blame it on the hormones
