I feel that way ...just telling him to not come around anymore ..I feel that would be best for both of us....I will try those techniques ...thank you for the the support
a nice date where you can discuss things might help. sometimes going out and sharing your troubles with each other helps to reconnect and strengthen your relationship. if anything i'd say its worth a try.
you can also try writing a journal and putting your worries down on paper. sometimes writing it down helps. there was a point in my relationship where we used a journal to communicate our feelings with eachother because we didn't know how to discuss them out loud without having a fight. it helped.
sometimes making lists of things to do helps too. that way its on your list and you can just focus on the most important item on the list and then when its finished move on to the next item. (if its things you can itemize like that)
in any case i hope you figure out how to de stress yourself. and i am very sorry for your loss but so happy for you that you are pregnant again.
Find things that help you relax. A soothing bath, a nice walk, prenatal yoga.
If necessary, get rid of the guy. My ex and I had some problems for awhile in early pregnancy, and I felt better when he wasn't there, could actually enjoy my baby without the drama.
