I can not swallow my prental vitiamas is there any other vitiamas I could take that are smaller?

Yeah I take an iron supplement as well so if you go with gummies don't forget the iron!

Most of the gummies dont contain iorn so be sure to read ur labels when choosing one. I take vitafole-one its script from my doc and its actually a pretty small pill.

Sometimes its all about head position when you're trying to swallow. Someone explained to me that most ppl try to swallow a pill by putting their head back, but most meds float therefore causing it to move away from the throat. If you put your chin down the pill will float up and back making it easier to swallow. Give it a try so you don't waste pills you already have...but if no luck...do the gummies. Just make sure they have the folic acid for neural tube defects...that's the mist important part of the prenatal vitamins :-). Good luck

I took Flintstones chewables with iron (they don't taste the greatest but they work, I was the same way I couldn't swallow those big pills lol) I did try the vitafusion gummies and they're great but I needed something with iron:)

I take the gummies too cus I can't swollow the big ones they give. They are actually pretty good, you forget they are vitamins lol
