Feeling very tired is normal most of the time you just have to force yourself to wake up and get it self motivated
Try taking brisk walk it is normal to have extreme fatigue during your first and third trimester your body is working over time making space creating a placenta for your baby some light exercise can help but if you start feeling tired stop and take a rest keep dehydrated as well to replace all the lost electrolytes your body is using hope this helps
I wish I new. I go to bed pretty early and can still sleep all day the next day. I hate it. I feel like a lazy butt but I'm sooo tired ;/ how far along are you??
