7 days morning blood spotting

Hi,
I am about 3 weeks late and have been spotting in the mornings for 7 days now...
I had done a HPT and blood test 2 weeks ago and came back negative. So I did another HPT 3 days ago still negative.
Any chance I could be pregnant or could it be something else? I don't know what to think so i'm really scared. (also 2 weeks ago I had a few drinks, could that affect why i'm spotting??)
I have no PMS symptoms but I have been feeling sleepy and tired more than usual!

I have an U/S in 2 days... I'm so worried of what it could be!

My periods usually for for 7 days but all day and not too heavy not too light. But this ones been light and just a little bit, in the mornings...

Maybe i'm just paranoid??

What are symptoms of STD or infections?

If you were pregnant it would have shown on a hpt by now...sounds like you could be starting your period?  Maybe you should call your doctor to make sure there is no other reason for the missed period and the spotting (infection, std...).  Good luck!
