Im 9 weeks and sometimes i forget to take my prenatals...is that bad fot the baby??
The app has a reminder on it to remind you to take them.

The baby takes everything he/she needs from you and they get their vitamins from the foods you eat. Prenatals are just to make sure you don't become defficient in anything since the baby takes a lot.
This app has a reminder letting yu kno to take ur prenatal everyday @ 12pm
Prenatals have such vitamins that your baby needs. So make sure you take them
I forget too my mom said she didnt take it was us me and my sis we came out good lol;)
