headaches and dizzyness

I'm 16 weeks 5 days and suffering a lot with bad headaches I drink water ext through the day so I can't be dehydrated?? I've read that headaches occur mostly in pregnancy with boys as they tend to give you more headaches?? Is this true for anyone else as I don't know what I'm having yet. Also dizzyness is horrible it's always when I'm stood at the sink lol I just feel so faint sometimes..

I'm 18 weeks with my first, I don't know what I'm having yet but I get really bad migraines as well. Mine are because I don't drink enough or eat enough on the days that I work. Nothing helps and I've tried everything. The only thing that lessens them is a hot shower, 1 tylenol extra strength and chocolate. I've asked a physician that I work with what I could do and he said give birth :\ so really there isn't much we can do.

I got this all the time when i was pregnant with my daughter and Im getting it again now. I don't know if this is the case for you but in my case its because my blood pressure is low (it lowers naturally during pregnancy), if this is the case for you then just make sure you take regular breaks while doing stuff where your on your feet a lot and try not to stand up too quick. Hope that helps.
