swelling after c-section

What can I do to reduce swelling after c-section? My feet are soo swollen it hurts to even walk

Oh well only thing u can do is put ur feet up and take ur pain killers because i kno how much it hurts:-(

I got sent home :( Im in soo much pain with the incision and all

Thanks for the advice! I had been doing the total opposite lol my nurse told me I had to be up on my feet as much possible to I can start moving and feeling better jeje I totally didn't feel better at all

I had that a few days after having a c-section with my first. Keep your feet up when you can. It'll go away soon.

I had the same thing happen to me after my c section it lasted a few days it will eventually go down just prop your feet up. Try and stay off of them for awhile
