Elevate them when ever you can and try not to eat salty foods.

Wrap washing soda crystals in a tea towel and sleep with it around your ankles

I'm already 4 months and my feet stay swollen thanks for the information definitely will soak them

Soak them in a bath of Epsom salts it helps with the swelling and keep ur feet up ..
