Get a pedicure! Helps with my swelling and the soreness plus your toes are all pretty after!

Drink lots of water. Swelling is due to dehydration and your body is trying to retain as much water as possible. But constantly drinking water it flushes out everything in a cycle. Lay back and rest your legs but definitely drink at least a Gallon a day

Sadly it happens!! Its your body retaining water and the only thing that helps much is elevating your feet and making sure you aren't eating too much sodium. If your feet are getting dry, try looking around Walmart for milk bath powder and butter lotion. That's what helps me.

Same thing happened to me my doctor told me to decrease my sodium intake and increase my protein intake it has helped a good deal still a bit puffy but I think a bit is expected with the weight increase
