How far along were you when you got swollen feet ? I have heard not all pregnant women get swollen feet, not sure if it's true.

You should not be getting swollen feet unless you are 32weeks +, expecting twins or have high blood pressure.

Potatoes have more than twice the potassium of bananas. All the other suggestions sound good.

I got swollen feet at 32 weeks..I am now 33 weeks. I just remember my feet hurting really bad and I looked down and was like holy crap...they were literally balloons. I think I'll try bananas too (:

I'm 23 weeks and my feet are killing me. I have to soak my feet in water. And my bf tries to me, by giving me foot rubs now n then. Lol

I read that potassium or eating bananas helps with the swelling.  Wouldn't know yet. Too early..but do a lil research on it and I bet ya can get a better result :)

I was probably around 20 weeks but mine haven't been too bad and rarely swell. When they do I just prop my feet up and put ice packs on them. I'm 38 weeks now and they seem to swell up more now that I'm farther along but not that bad.
