I was probably around 20 weeks but mine haven't been too bad and rarely swell. When they do I just prop my feet up and put ice packs on them. I'm 38 weeks now and they seem to swell up more now that I'm farther along but not that bad.
I read that potassium or eating bananas helps with the swelling. Wouldn't know yet. Too early..but do a lil research on it and I bet ya can get a better result :)
I'm 23 weeks and my feet are killing me. I have to soak my feet in water. And my bf tries to me, by giving me foot rubs now n then. Lol
Thank you ladies for the replies. Im also 23 weeks and started feeling a little swollen, I massaged with lotion and feel better :) I will def eat bananas and do more research. Lol. :))
I got swollen feet at 32 weeks..I am now 33 weeks. I just remember my feet hurting really bad and I looked down and was like holy crap...they were literally balloons. I think I'll try bananas too (:
Potatoes have more than twice the potassium of bananas. All the other suggestions sound good.
I'm 35+6 And nit swollen at all
I just notice that my feet are swollen today. I'll be 37 weeks tommorow
I Got Swollen Feet From Eating To Much Salt. Its Probably From Something You ate?
You should not be getting swollen feet unless you are 32weeks +, expecting twins or have high blood pressure.
Mine started at probably 23 weeks, since I was a cashier and constantly on my feet. Im 35 weeks now and they are constantly swollen, even my hands.
My whole pregnancy! But I've always kinda had trouble with swelling and I don't eat a lot of salty things never have but it's not really something that bothers me
20 weeks (currently 26) and they've only swelled a few times from me sitting too long
