swollen feet

Any of y'all around 20 weeks and feet swelling bad? My feet started swelling at about 18 weeks, my mom had feet swelling problems when she was pregant with me. Talked to the doctor and all he said was stay off them as much as I can and keep them propped up.

Sometimes the more water you drink and less salt doesn't work. Thats happened with me anyways. when your sitting or laying down prop your feet above your heart! If you wont it will get to the point you cant walk!!!! I had a lot of water weight with my daughter. I couldn't wear my wedding ring starting at 10 weeks. I can wear it now but im fingers swell so bad that I can only do it for maybe an hour! Miss wearing the wedding set because it's so pretty!

Increase your water intake and limit salt/sodium intake. Retaining water happens sometimes when you're a bit dehydrated. But do keep your feet elevated too.
