c section

I had a c section with my son Tuesday and it is still hard for me to walk and get out of bed. Feel like I'm missing time away from my baby. Do anyone have any suggestions to ease to the pain and get over a c section

Well everyone recovers differently so maybe you just need a little time to get to know your body and what you are comfortable with doing take it day by day and slowly and get yourself use to moving around and doing it on your own dnt stress about it though or feel as if your not bonding with your baby maybe one day have him not get your baby and push yourself to get up and do it you never know what your capable of until you push yourself which is all it takes some times you got this

Why do you feel like your missing time away From your baby if you can't move around a lot have him closer to you so you won't have to move a lot with my first I had her c section and although it was hard to get up and what not I still did it and it helped that her bed was right next to mine so I won't have to do too much
