swollen hands

Hey ladies, I know that you should always keep an eye on swollen hands or feet but has anyone had it where their hands have started swelling, not their feet?

A little swelling in your hand and feet is normal, if your face starts swelling, you should have your blood pressure checked!

Yea that's what I was worried about. Put them in cold water and it's already reduced. Gonna drink water now, thank you! I just thought it was odd that it was my hands and not my feet or face. Thanks again :)

Swelling of the upper extremities can be a sign of pre eclampsia. Try to hydrate and see if the swelling subsides, if it doesn't within a few hours I'd suggest calling your doctor or a nurse with the labor department.
