OMG...I'll be 31weeks tomorrow an my feet are swollen I can barley walk, my hands are so swollen occame barley pick up things... it seems like I elevate my feet an they get more swollen.. my feet and hands hurt so bad idk what to do With myself...

I get that when I get a hot flash. washing your hands and feet with cold water helps a little. Sleep helped me and not standing up too much.

That's how I was my first pregnancy. When I walked o felt like my skin was about to rip. And I had my adjustable Velcro sandals stretched the whole way to wear it barely connected. I would prop up my feet for a couple hours above my heart and walk around for 5 minutes and they would go back to how they were. My doctor told me to just prop them and cut down on salt.

You should talk to your Dr about it hun. No soda or salt either. Laying on your left side really does help, so does a cool bath/shower. I hope you feel better soon!
