swollen!

why is it that everytime i go for a walk (about 45min-1hr) do my feet and hands become soooooo swollen!!??

also, its very difficult to walk.. i just feel sooo heavy.. and my belly becomes sooo tight and uncomfortable!??

Believe it or not, drinking MORE water will help!!! Your poor little feet and ankles (maybe other places) will look pretty bad. Just make sure your doc knows about it!

i have the same problem... i just came back from a nice walk... and BAM, swollen feet and toes! my daughter says i have shrek feet!!  my stomach was also tightening, but only on the right side... i figured it was time to head home, we'll give it another try tomorrow!

aww :( I've just recently gotten a problem with this, well my swelling isn't so bad really, but the tightness, the BH contractions while walking are very annoying. I feel heavy, and my feet hurt before long from all of the weight. I agree with the water tension thing, that's probably what it is.

I just feel like a long walk shouldnt be so difficult! lol

I think a lot of it has to do with water retention... I am the same way and I have been for a few weeks now... My hands are crazy and my toes swell up... It could have to do with the pressure of the baby and the excess weight. ( At least that is what my doc said) I would at least mention it to your OBGYN and see if they have any suggestions.
