single moms help please

Ok I'm 20 years old and almost 33 weeks with a little girl. The father and I had a major falling out and have not talked in months. Which honestly is fine by me some of the things he said I could never forgive. Anyways he had not contacted me in any way shape or form. He had moved so i no longer know where he is living. I ended up having to block all of his family because I was being harassed by them. Some even stating that he want the father of my baby ect. Any ways what I would like to know is what would be my chances of getting full custody of my little girl? He hasn't helped out in any way (which is fine I don't want anything from him.). I don't want him to walk back into our lives and have him try and take her that's my biggest fear.. I an currently waiting on a few phone calls from legal aid, but I would like to hear any stories if you have them..please and thank you

Ask him to give up his rights. Worth a try.

Well i think him not signing the birth certificate is a start. But there will be a legal battle.  Unless he fails to appear during a custody hearing you may have to deal with joint. Unless you can prove hed an unfit parent. I dont have experience but i was a child of a broken family and i remember the court hearings
