2:08 am where I'm from .. Can't fall asleep :( been on pinterest forever it seems getting baby shower ideas.

I had insomnia when I first got pregnant, told my obgyn and she said benadryl is safe, so I've taken it the whole pregnancy and she knows and its fine. It's been a life saver for me! You can also take tylenol pm which is tylenol mixed with benadryl.

im having the same issues. Been staying up later and later every night. I think its just because i only have like a week and a half left. Still annoying. And melatonin should only be used in a week to 2 week incraments. Its perpose it to help establish a sleep schedual not help you sleep throughout the night.  Alot of people over use it and use it improperly and then keep upping the dose because they build up an immunity to it. Yes its a natural suppliment but dont over use it.

something that helped me with my first pregnancy was taking two melatonin pills before bed. they r safe for pregnancy and not expensive at all. you can find them in walmart or pretty much any store.

Yea same here and I'm up watching tv very uncomfortable wanting to go to sleep but I can't bc blah. Lol.

Tell me about it and my bf is snoring away haha. I wake up early too, and as the day goes by i can be sleepy but cant nap. Wish there was something that helped. I'll be 20 weeks thurs.
