Do you mean like kidnapping the baby or trying to take custody? No he can't kidnap the baby without having consequences. The only way he could gain full custody is if they see you unfit to be a parent.

So . . . his wife is good with this plan? He's married, wants to stay married apparently, you're newly pregnant and his wife is good with trying take your baby?
The truth is, if he's the dad he can probably get half custody.
The name on the birth certificate doesn't matter. DNA is what matters, and if he's living a stable life with no huge red flags (other than having an affair that his wife seems to be good with apparently) it's likely he will be awarded dual custody.

H E L L NO. he cannot do that and quite frankly he has no say so over your child. If yall aren't married you automatically have full custody and its your choice if you want him on the birth certificate.. if he wants anything to do with that baby, he has to push it through court. Then he has to get a DNA test and prove that he isn't an unfit parent. THEN if you feel like he's going to kidnap the baby you can request supervised visitation for the safety of your child..
Just make sure you don't put his name on the birth certificate. He has no rights if his name isn't on it.
He could try but it wouldn't do him any good. He would have to prove you an unfit mother which is extremely difficult. Hang in there momma. You just do your very best and tell "dad" to F*** OFF

Umm nooo he cant!!! Put a restriction order on him!! Nobody has the right to take someone elses baby!! Hope everything works out for you
