Iron will constipate you.. keep your fluid intake up eat foods with fiber increase your fruits and veggies :) take a little walk every now and then that will get things moving!
Water does help.
Sometimes the prenatal vitamins or any other meds you might have to take can constipate you too.
I drink 10 or more water bottles a day and still have issues going.
I take 1 Metamucil every morning to help without sending me to the bathroom allday, it really helps me.
Sounds like u need to drink way way way more water. And u could have a hemorrhoid.
Take colace stool softener while u are Constipated
