So I'm 30+4 weeks pregnant I've already gone into preterm labor once and yesterday my boyfriends parol officer put him in jail cause someone said he was drinking and driving the day before I tried to tell him I was with my bf that whole day before and I no for a fact he wasn't drinking period and that because of my preterm labor I need my bf at home cause I can't even do simple every day tasks without him and he didn't even care what I said what am I sapost to do I don't have a job and we don't have that much money left I'm trying not to stress out but I can't help it I'm so scared

I don't really have advice my hubby is on probation and was thrown in jail for a week when I was 20 weeks along, I am now 38 weeks 6 days . His PO has been fairly nice so far but I am always paranoid something is going to happen especially since some of his friends are still being stupid and smoking and drinking. all I can say is request a new PO otherwise you could get a dr note for his PO explaining the situation but sadly if his PO is a d***k there isn't much you can do :(

I'm sorry you have to go through this, they didn't look more into it than just hear say? I can't imagine why they'd throw him in jail without evidence of that.
