transverse lie...

Had an us today and was informed my baby is laying in the transverse position. My ob wants me to try and get him to turn on his own before my appointment next week ( im 38+3 weeks todat) if he doesnt turn on his own they will try to turn him and induce me as soon as hes head down, if that doesnt work i have to have a csection which i would like to avoid. So my question is, do any of you momma have any suggestions how to get him to turn on his own??

I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Luckily he turned before they could turn him. But my midwife said to get a radio and play it in between your legs, walk up and down stairs, get on your hands and knees and sway your hips side to side. I did all these and he turned.
