It's true, the same hormone that allows hair growth is the same hormone that relaxes the esophagus and causes acid relux/heartburn!! It starts with an O but I don't remember the name lol but you can always Google it!!

Not for sure, but I had heartburn with my daughter and she came out with a head full of beautiful blonde hair! 23 weeks pregnant and my heartburn started so much sooner this time around. Can't even have an OZ of water without popping a tum afterwords.  So we shall see!

I experienced heart burn about 3-4 times and my baby has lots of hair (at least that's what the ultrasound tech said)

I had heartburn bad enough to make me throw up. My daughter was COVERED in hair, head to toe. Apparently there's studies that do link it, but it's not 100%.

Oh my goodness, I had the same question bc lately i have had the worst heartburn everrrr.  Tums don't even phase it & even water gives me heartburn it seems these days ..Lol.

Appaerntly true scientists said because of the more hormones coming into your body it relaxes your (forgot the name) which allows more thriugh cause heartburn

A myth. Ive had heartburn with both my pregnancies since I was a few weeks along and they dont get hair for awhile like 6 months or something like that.
