Tums is ok but if you read the bottle, it says no more than 5 in 24hours if your pregnant
I would not take as many as you want, too much calcium can be bad and i was told i was taking too many in my first pregnancy. I wouldn't take anymore than 10 without first checking with your doctor
Yup. Iv been living on them the past week and my midwife said take as many as you want lol.
