menstrual cycle after delivery

after my wifes 2nd delivery now 9month she has no menstrual cycle yet.is it normal or have to consult a Dr? she is 28yr old, healthy and feeding baby frequently.

If she is breastfeeding then this is totally normal. Breast feeding can totally stop a womans menstrual cycle until she has quit breast feeding for some time. Theres no real known reason why some womens cycles completely stop while breast feeding, and why other womens cycles pick up like before pregnancy. You can rest easy :)
I didn't have one for I believe 8 to 9 months and it was very irregular.
