It might be what is termed "pelvic floor pressure" which feels like someone has kicked you inside your groin or like baby is going to fall out.
There are exercises to help relieve that. Get on your hands and knees. Arch your back toward the ceiling (like a cat). Then relax your belly to the floor. Repeat.
You can also GENTLY bounce on an exercise ball. Make sure your back is straight and your feet are placed on the floor, shoulder-length apart.
