yeah I was sick in january and had to go to the hospital bc I threw up so much that i couldn't stop but there was nothing coming out and my stomach was in the worst pain ever from vomiting and I was hospitalized for 2 days and had to have 6 bags of iv fluids (the bags are huge) it took them 20 mins to find a vein to start my iv bc they kept collapsing from being so dehydrated. Its best to go asap!! :))

You should just go, to be safe for your sake and the baby
Hope you feel better, cause I know how much it ***** to vomit all day
and even worst if you have diarrhea:/
and call your ob next thing tomorrow  to let him know
also so you can get something from him too!

I would bc you will get severely dehydrated if you're vomiting and have diarrhea all day

My friend is currently sick, and she didn't even realize how seriously dehydrated she was due to vomitting and severe diarrhea.. if it's worsening and worsening to where you can't keep anything down, make sure you get checked out, dehydration and diarrhea (severely, it can cause uterine contractions) can cause preterm labor, so if it's seriously bad definitely go.
