Sciatic pain
Well I'm 19 weeks now and I'm starting to get the sciatic pain...anybody have any trick they used to help relieve it a little? I can't sit, I can't stand, I can't walk, or bend.... Boo
I'm due June 8th
Apply heat or cold to the specific area. And lay on your side opposite of the pain in your leg or butt! If you have numbness in your feet too, stand and lift your foot to try ease the pain. Baths helped me too a lot! Hope it helped :)
