Welcome to pregnancy ;) that'll go away for awhile after your first trimester. Try taking vitamin B6 and unisom for nausea. The vitamin B6 by itself is also good for energy. You can also have some caffeine to help you out, just not too much.

Definitely, you SHOULD take them :) and taking them together definitely won't hurt you, just benefit. I'd also get some magnesium! It has helped me wonders. It helps stress and anxiety, keeps blood pressure normal, helps with leg cramps and constipation. Which you'll have lol. I'd go to the pharmacy and get those vitamins and your prenatals. Prescription prenatals made me totally nauseous. Try the gummy ones! Work way better :)

I feel your pain. I am 25 weeks and still constantly tired. I sleep typically 10-12hrs a night and I'm still exhausted after being up for just a few hours. Prenatals are no help and Doc said it's normal. I am a sahm to my 3 year old so it makes life rather difficult

That's must be difficult, I'm not sure how you do it. Now I feel bad for complaining.

It is so hard and my fiancé is always mad at me because I'm so tired all the time. He said I'm way to early to even feel anything.
