So I only have 19 days left and was wondering what your signs of going into labor were... I'm a little scared because I don't know what exactly to expect considering this is my first pregnancy

No I haven't lost my plug I do not think... not trying to sound dumb but I have never heard of a plug? My next appointment is tomorrow, I'm assuming he will bring that up since I'm close to labor I hope. I have spotted though but that's about it

If it's not consistent then it's false labor... But keep an eye on it and if it gets more intense then it could be active labor...the hard thing is the end of pregnancy is uncomfortable and crappy so you can't base it off of that, what you have could be signs of labor but the inconsistency is the difference, take a bath and drink some water.... Have you lost your plug or had a bloody show or anything yet?

I wish I just had back pains lol but I knew to time them 3-5 minutes apart for an hour I just don't know what I'm supposed to be feeling I'm having all kinds of different pains..pelvic pains / period like cramps / lower back pains / my stomach keeps tightening...but never consistent...how long does it go on or is it different for everyone?

There aren't signs that it's going to happen... Like you know how there are all kinda of signs that you may be pregnant... Labor just kinda comes out of no where..... And you could be in labor and have hours to wait till its time to go in.... One thing is if you feel period like cramps... If you do start timing them. If they are inconsistent then it's probably false labor, take a shower drink some water and lay down, if they continue after that then time them and if they become consistent but have a good amount of time between each one continue to relax until they gradually get 3-5 min apart... There's absolutely no use in going to l&d before then because they will send you right back home until they are consistently 3-5 min apart ... Or if you start bleeding, if you bleed go in

See that's what I would like to happen to me bc I have a lot of pain off and on. I can't imagine what labor would feel like either!

I didn't know I was going into labor. My back was just killing me. We went to the hospital and was already dilated to 3. Good luck!
