Just had ectopic pregnancy

So i found out i was pregnant on March 12, than on April 25 i started spotting with abdominal pains so i went to the hospital. They said i had a threatened miscarriage my hcg was at like 2700. I then noticed the pain i was getting was from constipation so when i returned a couple days later they said my levels went up to 5000 but still couldn't see anything on the ultrasound. I went to another hospital due to moving on May 14 and they said my levels dropped and that I'm miscarriaging to just expect more bleeding, but they didn't do a ultrasound in fact the doctor specifically said there was no reason to do ultrasound. I stopped bleeding on May 15 and the next day i starting getting lower back pains. I went to another hospital on May 24 cause i wasn't happy with how i was treated in the last one, this time my hcg levels were still the same and when they did the ultrasound they discovered i was having an ectopic pregnancy which at this point I'm 12wks 4days. I had to get emergency surgery and had to have my right fallopian tube removed. I got out the hospital yesterday they gave me pics of the tube and the baby head coming out the tube, i was sad before the surgery but as soon as i got the pics i got this overwhelming feeling off joy and got this feeling like i needed this to happen in order to have a healthy pregnancy. Is it crazy I'm not depressed or super sad even tho I wanted this baby like crazy? And is it possible to get pregnant again and if so does it take longer cause i only have one tube now?

I had an ectopic February 12. My tube ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery. I got pregnant November 13 and now have a healthy 10 month old! So yes it's completely possible.

i had an ectopic February 2013, i had the surgery to get my tube taken out on me and my bfs anniversary. But before that , my dumb *** doctor KNEW the baby was in my tube, left it there, gave me a shot to push it out so i could save my tube, the shot didnt work, i was bleeding eternally had blood in my lungs, couldnt move, i went in the er at 8 pm they had me suffering like that until 4am!! When i was litrrally dying. Anywayyy..exactly a year later, this february, i got pregnant again. WITH an iud in. i went to the ER to make sure it wasnt ectopic again, and it WAS in my uterus, but it was a blighted ovum (a sack but no egg) . i got another iud put in march 21st and got pregnant 2 weeks later. I didnt know i was pregnant until 6 wks 3 days, they did an ultrasound and i saw a heart beat for the very first time, after all ive ben through. Im now 8 weeks 5 days! I thought if i ever wanted to have a baby id need to get it put inside of my uterus by the drs because i was so scared of ectopic in my only tube i have left. So YES there is still a chance you could get pregnant in your uterus. :) just be very careful, use some type of birth control (even tho it didnt work for me) and you should be fine. You will have a healthy baby one day, dont worry! good luck !!

Ok good thank you me and my fiance have big families with 20nieces and nephews in total and neither one of use has kids so we were worried that we'll never get to have a family of our own. But i have faith in God and i know this experience just made us so much closer and when we do have a baby we'll cherish parenthood and every little moment with our baby.
