comment is: Way to go!!! Good for you!!!
advice is: i agree with sadie, do lots of research and find a place to do it where you are comfortable. if you are a ftm consider doing perineum stretches and i did raspberry leaf tea, three times a day for the last month. i would say it was helpful but something else for you to look into.
congratulations and i hope everything goes swimmingly. ; )

I had a waterbirth with my son and it was awesome.  I didn't tear with my daughter but had that road rash burning when I peed.  I never had tearing, or the burning when I peed, after having the waterbirth with my son.  I say go for it.  It was great.

I plan on having a natural water birth!! I'm all for the water taking your weight and pain away.

I had a natural birth and it was amazing. I wanted to try the underwater birth but wasnt able to. I heard doing the underwater thing actually makes labour easier, like its not as painful.

I say go for it, if you want to do it but chose not to for what ever reason you may eventually regret not doing it. Just do research on it and look into the best hospital to do it at, make sure you trust the doctor delivering your baby regardless tho
