Had my little squirt :)
Hello my friends, had the scariest best day of my life today:) My contractions started at 3 am, got stronger so I went in at 6, I was already 6-7 cm, 100 % effaced with bulging bag. Contractions slowed down a little but got stronger and by 11 I was 8 cm, water broke, and got the epidural.
Baby started to decel pretty bad at 12 and I was finally 10 so doctor had me push emergently a few times, but baby's heart rate started to crash, we were rushed to the OR and my epidural catheter broke in half so they put me out completely and my little booger was born at 1228 pm. He was healthy with apgars of 9 and 9. I didn't wake up until 130.
I was so scared!! I dreamed when I was out that baby passed away and I woke up and no one told me anything right away so I was freaking out.
I am so relieved to say that he and I are doing amazing, they never determined why his heart rate was crashing bc the cord was not wrapped around him. I feel very blessed and I am so in love:)
Forgive me if I'm rambling, I'm on morphine so I'm pretty groggy. He doesn't have a name yet but is a perfect 7 lb 10 oz little boy at 20 inches long.
Oh and he was born looking completely different then my other toe headed kiddos, he has a ton of jet black hair:)

Nathan would be my first choice then Scott. Try using them and see what you like better.
Thanks everyone!! He is such a good baby and I love him to pieces, jury is still out with the name but its between Nathan Chase and Brady Scott:)

Congrats!! I was put out for mine too. My platelets had dropped dangerously low so I could have bled out if I'd had an epidural.
Ohh I got put completely under for an emergency c-section, very scary!!! I hope you feel better and glad everyone is healthy!! :) Congratulations!
