I have been on birthcontrol for around 2 years. I missed one of my pills one night and the next day i had sex twice but used a condom (which did not break) & took my bc that night. My period has been completly regular since ive started bc & ive never had any spotting. A few days ago i started spotting very lightly for about a day, & foods I eat reguarly are suddenly making me feel sick and everytime i eat i get nauseous, is it possible that im pregnant?

YeS it is possible, sperm can live in the fallopian tubes for up to 5 days. Id take a test.
