Do i need to go to the doc for a uti? Been drinking cranberry juice but its gettimg worse and more painful...

Yes. It's very important that you see your dr so they can start you on antibiotics! If not your UTI could develop into a bladder or kidney infection which is much harder to treat and can cause complications with your pregnancy.
