very confused

I had a Miscarriage in march and since then i have had regular periods, but last thursday i started bleeding two weeks after my last period, the flow was resonably heavy and small clots, the first two days were really light so i thought maybe it was implantation bleeding but now it seems like ive had another period, so im rather confused as to why ive only gone two weeks.
ive been trying to find out why this could be and all i keep reading is implantation bleeding but i think mine was too much like my normal period to be this

Miscarriages can cause your body to do wacky things...my doctor said that it can take up to a year to truly recover from a miscarriage for some women...I would chalk it up to a fluke and if it happens again I'd call your doctor to talk about your cycle post mc.  Good luck...and sorry for your loss!

Ive just taken a pregnancy test, which is negative, so i have no idea why i was bleeding so early.
if anyone has any ideas id be very greatful to no what causes this
