If prenatal vits make u sick u can try taking them before bed sometimes that helps people. My body doesn't do well with prenatal at any time of the day. I take the flinstone chewables instead which doctors will tell u is just as good as prenatal.

If you can't handle taking the prenatal vitamins you can take two flinestone gummies a day. This is what I have to do because I have had issues with the two different types of prenatal vitamins my doctor prescribed me.

Just eat some skittles every night before bed. They are very nutritious and give you everything you need. The people in the olden days didn't have access to vitamins so that's what they did. Just kidding. Most prenatals are good. The ones with dha in them are good for baby's brain development.

Take which even one your body is comfortable with as long as it's prenatal with DHA in it. I started with one a day woman.
Ask for free samples from your OB/GYN too. I got two or three months of free sample out of mine until myI body start hating them. They can be quiet strong. Toward the end I switched to the gummies kind because I was sick of taking pills. Still taking them today at two months after my delivery.

I take prenatal vitamins with iron from GNC. with my first pregnancy I took the prenatal vitamins by One A Day and threw them up everytime. These have no side effects and I feel great. They also sell one without the added iron. :) Good luck.
