Any one know a good brand of prenatal vitamins? The ones ive been taking were fine at first now i cant keep them down at all?

I take similac, by lucky chance walgreens has a coupon in their booklet so I figured I'd try, I find that they make me hungrier lol

I use jamieson brand, never had a problem with them! You should take one each night before you goto sleep, that way they dont make you sick:)

I can't take prenatals but I found a prenatal gummys and love em! I got em are walmart.

I take brain strong with dha. And I've found taking them with milk helps them go down easier.

If you can't keep the pill ones down, you could try the gummy multi vitamins

I was prescribed B6 vitamins. they help with nausea. They told me (my doctors on my first two pregnancies) that they would help. n they did help a lot.

I take Nature Made w/ DHA ... but I went through multiple brands until I found what worked for me. Remember to take them with food as well.
