So, I take ny prenatal vitamin at night but is it ok to take vitamin E, C, and D3 in the morning? Or should I not take them and wait to ask my DR?
You can call the nurse and ask. It just depends what your prenatals already cover and what your body needs. That way you can know today band dont have to wait for an appointment :)
