My doctor recommended it. For the past 2 weeks I've been walking every morning for an hour then 30 min in the evening. I'm 40 weeks and barely 1cm dilated. :/ one of my friends told me she walked for 3 hours, swam for 20 min, and had sex. That night her water broke. She was 1cm dilated and wasn't effaced. So today I'm going to walk till my fat feet give up! Haha
