Sorry hun but u don't have a uterus to grow the baby in but if u want more kids u still have some eggs so there is hope for u to have a baby still u just can't carry it.
No. You will release eggs (the ovaries do this), but the uterus supports the fetus for the nine months of gestation. If you don't have a uterus, you cannot become pregnant.
