How much water are you consuming a day? I make sure I drink a little over a gallon of water a day (: it seriously helps ladies! I encourage you all to do the same. Even though you feel like a bloated whale lol its definitely good for our little peanuts !!
Suppose to be 8 cups a day. I drink about 5-6 somedays the whole 8 when I am really parched lol
