Join a gym or have a friend wake with you everyday. I'm five months and gained around 5 pounds total. I go to the gym 5 times a week. At first you will be tired but it's worth it. It's not good for your health or the baby to gain to much.
With my first I didn't work or do anything. Just layed around eating. I gained 40 lbs. This pregnancy I am 35 weeks and have gained 16 total. 6 of that being within the last month. Working as a bartender this time helped. And I ate fruit for snacks. Being active really helps! But this last month I cut my hours down active nd been eating badly and now the weight is coming lol. I am still all baby though. And I only look about 6 months instead of nearly 9 lol. I start maternity leave in 2 weeks and plan to still walk everyday around town. I didn't want to gain more then 20lbs this pregnancy. Of course my doctor wants me to gain 30. Yuck!
