I get that you should eat healthy and I do. But all in all I'm 17 weeks and I've gained 14 pounds. I workout n watch how much n how often I eat. But i have an endless thirst. So i dribk ALOT of water but that probably doesnt do anything. So why am I getting so heavy? And its only one baby. Please help. Any suggestions?

Some women's bodies just need the extra weight in order to have enough fat stores to breastfeed properly when baby is born. I wouldn't worry too much. 14lb is not a lot. An average pregnancy you are expected to gain 25-35lbs. My friend gained 60 and lost it all just from breastfeeding. Keep up your good habits and baby (and you) will be just fine.
