Recently my hips have been killing me. Anyone know of anything to help relieve the pain ?
Look up videos on YouTube to relieve hip and back pain during pregnancy that's what i food and it really helped
I think my doctor said something about elevating my hips by laying on my back and placing a pillow under my butt. Experiment with what works best for you :)
