My doctor is concerned about how much weight I lost :( how can I lose 8 pounds so quickly without vomiting. I mean I still eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day. I hope my baby is okay im trying everything to gain weight. I eat every two hour. Whenever I feed my daughter I feed myself too.

I lost 5lb without getting sick and it took a few weeks to gain it back. They sometimes suggest drinking ensure to help gain weight. If you're worried maybe try that (:

Its hard to tell I lose or 1-2lbs everytime I see my doctor but he says my daughter is still growing. It may be water weight you losing
