Nausea/Morning Sickness Tips?

I'm slowly losing my appetite due to nausea that is recently getting worse. In the past wks I would just eat and it would go away. I'm currently drinking Sprite and it's helping, but I don't enjoy knowing the fact I'm giving my baby caffeine. Anytips? Anything?

Anything with ginger or peppermint is supposed to help, and I also had a box of crackers next to my bed with my first pregnancy. I haven't had an issue this time, though. Good luck!

I found that if I ate before I got out of bed it helped a little ... maybe put some crackers on your night stand for first thing in the morning ... if all else fails see your doctor as they can give you baby safe medication to ease morning sickness.
