Is it rude ??

This is my first baby im almost 19 weeks & i hate when people ask me how far along i am. So i always answer with "i dont want to tell anyone yet" alot of people get upset or feel uncomfortable & i feel bad but i still dont want to tell anyone. Just family.

I would say rude too. Makes you sound terribly irritating. But it's all personal choice, you really don't have to tell anyone.

Yeah i would say rude. I feel bad for that guy that you freaked on that was probably just trying to make small talk. I know we have hormones but i think some women take advantage of that fact. Even if someone does say "wow are you having twins" it's not like they're calling you fat. there's a baby in there and pregnant women get big. This is my second baby and I have 9 days left. I'm uncomfortable and irritated at this stage but I'm not going to take it on people just trying to make conversation.

Its just the first question that comes out I guess. Its like asking what are u having . boy or girl . just small talk

I don't like telling certain people anything concerning my pregnancy. If they ask I'll totally ignore them bcus some people will smile & pretend that they're happy for you but on the inside they wish bad upon you

I dont mind people asking how far along i am i just hate when everyone wants to touch my stomach i hate being touched

I dont hide it. Im really happy to be pregnant. Its a blessing. But i get bad vibes from certain people that ask me how far along i am. I dont mind at all from my family.

I think its kinda rude to. I don't see why you would want to hide it from other people... I tell everyone, and post on Facebook about it.. Idc I'm proud to be pregnant.

I think it is kind of rude. They are just asking a question . its better than them asking if you're having twins .

this is my third baby and with all my children I loved talking to people about my babies, I loved it when they asked me how far along I am, what I am craving, if it is a boy or girl.... and all questions related to the baby...

I get that question all the time! It drives me crazy! Im 38+3 and now im having people say omg u havnt had that thing yet! People at the grocery store, gastation, my other kids teachers! Today at the store some random guy asked me when i was due cause i look like im trying to steal a turkey under my shirt!  I just said u know what sir ur really rude! Then walked away!
