This is my first pregnancy, im approx 4 wks 5days and i was just wondering if it is normal for my stomach to feel hard already, its not a bump its just really hard where im guessing the Baby is, Is this normal or not? Im slightly worried
Maybe it's gas built up

At 4weeks you won't actually be able to feel where the baby is, it's being your pubic bone! The hardness is most likely just your body moving around making room but if worried call your gp. I wouldn't worry about it
